Instructions for use

Dissolve 10 drops of propolis in a normal glass of water. Stir well. Some fleece-like residue will float; this is from the wax and not harmful. For 2 to 3 weeks, drink one glass 2 to 3 times a day, then gradually reduce to 2 to 3 days a week, 1 glass of tonic a day. You may maintain this for as long as you wish.

The drops can also be taken pure in the mouth; then drip on the tongue and leave in the mouth as long as possible without swallowing, allowing the propolis to be absorbed directly by the mucous membranes.

To gargle for laryngitis or to rinse the mouth for oral or dental infections, use a quarter glass of water with 10 drops.

Ingredients

30% natural Propolis from the stingless scaptotrigona polysticta bee, dissolved in rectified alcohol.

Note

Propolis with honey, by the way, is also a very effective remedy for the throat and for wounds. Put 4 drops of propolis on a teaspoon of honey.

For external use, put one or more drops on the wound or place to be treated and let it dry. The spot will feel sticky; this is a property of propolis. This also makes the wound more resistant to getting wet. If you want to spread propolis, it can also be mixed with a few drops of skin oil or 100% natural honey.
